Pros

Good Pace & Attacking Runs

Crespo has solid acceleration and sprint speed for a striker, making him effective in quick attacks and counterattacks. He consistently makes intelligent runs behind defenders, creating dangerous scoring opportunities.

Agile & Smooth Dribbling

Despite being a traditional striker, Crespo feels quite smooth on the ball. His ball control is reliable, and he can execute quick turns and close control dribbles effectively, making him useful in tight spaces.

Elite Finishing & Shooting Power

His finishing is top-tier, delivering powerful and precise shots. Whether inside or outside the box, he has the ability to convert chances with accuracy. His shot power adds an extra edge, making him a constant goal threat.

Strong Positioning & Movement

Crespo’s positioning is excellent. He intelligently finds pockets of space in the final third and is always alert for rebounds or loose balls. His ability to get into scoring positions is one of his biggest strengths.

Deadly Finesse Shots

With great curve and shot placement, Crespo is highly effective when it comes to finesse shots. If given space near the edge of the box, he can curl in precise shots past the keeper.

Decent Physical Strength

While not the strongest striker, Crespo can hold his ground against many defenders. His balance allows him to absorb pressure and keep possession in duels.

Power Header Trait

Crespo is a major aerial threat, thanks to his heading ability and Power Header trait. He can score consistently from corners and crosses, making him a valuable asset for set-pieces.

Cons

No 5★ Weak Foot

His weaker foot can be a limitation in high-pressure situations. Players who rely on two-footed strikers might find it restrictive when shooting on his weaker side.

Work Rate Can Be Inconsistent

At times, Crespo drifts out of position or is slightly late to make attacking runs. This can be frustrating in certain formations where a more involved striker is needed.

Conclusion

Hernán Crespo is a strong option for any team needing a clinical striker with excellent finishing, movement, and heading ability. His finesse shots and aerial dominance make him a top-tier goal scorer. However, the lack of a 5-star weak foot and occasional work rate inconsistencies might be slight drawbacks for some players.

Rating: 9.4/10
